Upcoming exhibition: From piggy banks to Swish

Welcome to an imaginative environment where children and adults can share thoughts about money. In the exhibition, you can discover how views on children and money have changed over the course of a hundred years. Opens 21 February.

Visit us during the school holiday/sportlov

During the school break the museum is open Thursday to Sunday. Experience our new family exhibition From piggy banks to Swish (free admission). If you visit our other family-friendly exhibitions like the old school house and fire station, adults pay an admission fee of SEK 50 and kids are free up to 19 years of age. Don't miss our lovely café!

Welcome to our restaurant and café "Brukscaféet". Enjoy a Swedish fika, coffee and something sweet, inside or in our lovely outdoor seating area when weather permits.

Make your own paper!

It's fun and easy. Learn about the papermaking process or try your hand at papermaking. On Thursday through Sunday there is a Swedish tour at 14.00–14.40. Please ask at the reception desk if you are interested in participating in a tour in English.
